Although I did not live through the war or genocide myself, the symptoms of trauma are real. They have been passed down through epigenetics: the fear of being seen, being heard, and let's not forget those money trauma wounds!
12 years ago, my father passed away unexpectedly. This triggered the start of a deep spiritual journey, which led me to dedicating more than a decade of my life to the work of healing.
